User Agreement & Platform Rules

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on k444, accessing any part of the k444 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the k444 platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under local law;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and your own.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with k444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and k444.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account and use any k444 service. This requirement is strictly enforced. k444 may request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts pending age verification where there is reasonable doubt. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) k444 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, addresses, payment details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. k444 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts.

3.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly notify k444 if any registered information changes. k444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify registration information at any time.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The k444 platform is operated under an international gaming license and is intended for use by adult players in markets where the platform is accessible. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether use of the k444 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. k444 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

4. Account Rules & Security

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. k444 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.2 Suspicious Access

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify k444 immediately via the live chat support channel. k444 may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. You must cooperate fully with any security investigation, including providing identity verification documents upon request.

4.3 Account Ownership

k444 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other person. Any such attempt renders the transaction void and may result in permanent account suspension.

4.4 Device and Session Security

You are responsible for the security of any device used to access k444. If you access k444 from a shared device, you must log out completely after each session. k444 provides a remote session termination feature accessible via account security settings to close active sessions on other devices.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Deposit Methods

k444 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. All deposits are credited to the User's Real Money Balance in PKR. Minimum deposit is PKR 100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. k444 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply network charges independently.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the k444 account. Before processing any withdrawal, k444 requires successful completion of the KYC process, including submission of a clear photograph of the User's valid Pakistani CNIC. Minimum withdrawal is PKR 200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to a compliance review.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are processed in under 5 minutes from submission. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are processed within 24 hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals depend on blockchain confirmation times, typically 2–10 minutes. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand or where additional compliance checks are required.

5.4 Withdrawal to Original Method

In accordance with anti-money laundering obligations, withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the initial deposit. Where a deposit was made by multiple methods, funds are returned proportionally to each method used.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on k444 are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including stake, selection, and odds — before confirming. k444 will not reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances set out in this Section or where a clear system error is identified.

6.2 Odds and Markets

k444 offers odds across multiple markets including but not limited to: PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi, and tennis. Odds are updated in real time and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.

6.3 Void Bets

k444 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned without a conclusive result;
• A manifest pricing error resulted in odds that do not reflect the true market price;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms;
• Evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or irregular activity is identified by k444 or relevant governing bodies;
• A technical fault prevented the correct recording or processing of a bet.

6.4 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during a live event. k444 bears no responsibility for bets lost due to connection failures, network issues, or device problems on the User's end during live betting events. Where a bet is placed but not received by k444's servers due to a connection issue, the bet is void and the stake is returned.

6.5 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games on k444 — including slots, live dealer Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Teen Patti, and Game Shows — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and operated using independently audited random number generators (for RNG games) or real physical equipment (for live dealer games). k444 is not responsible for any technical malfunction within a third-party game. In the event of a confirmed third-party technical malfunction, the game provider's resolution process applies.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by k444 are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance;
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from Bonus Balance, once wagering requirements are fully met, are eligible for withdrawal;
• Each User is entitled to claim each specific bonus once unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring;
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the registered account holder and may not be transferred;
• k444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

The default wagering requirement for k444 deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Different game types contribute to wagering at different rates: slot games at 100%; live casino games at 10%; sports betting at 10%. Bets that result in a push or void do not count toward wagering. k444 reserves the right to disqualify wagering progress if irregular or prohibited betting patterns are identified.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing offsetting bets to artificially complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; using external services or software to exploit bonus mechanics; coordinating bonus exploitation with other users. k444 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements not completed within 30 days of bonus credit will expire automatically and be removed from the Bonus Balance. Free spin winnings not used within 7 days of credit will likewise expire. k444 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the k444 platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using k444 services while under 21 years of age;
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account;
• Money laundering: Using k444 to process the proceeds of criminal activity or to obscure the origin of funds;
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for any purpose;
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer or poker games;
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting known software errors, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities;
• Identity misrepresentation: Registering using false identity information or a third party's identity;
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating chargeback claims on deposits after using those funds for betting.

9. Responsible Gaming

k444 is committed to responsible gaming and operates in compliance with its international gaming license's responsible gaming requirements. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period;
• Session Timers: Set session duration limits with automatic logout and pop-up alerts at 30, 60, and 90-minute intervals;
• Reality Checks: Enable net profit/loss display within the active session window;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent exclusion from k444. Self-exclusions take effect within 5 minutes and cannot be reversed for their designated duration. Permanent self-exclusions are irreversible.

Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact k444's responsible gaming team via live chat support. k444 will not encourage or induce a User who has self-excluded or set limits to override those controls.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the k444 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, code, and design elements — is the intellectual property of k444 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the k444 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any k444 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from k444. Unauthorised use of k444's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the platform;
• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the k444 platform due to maintenance, technical fault, or circumstances beyond k444's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from a third-party game provider malfunction;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

k444's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to the limitations above.

12. Privacy & Data

k444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering on k444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes;
• k444 does not sell personal data to third parties;
• Data is shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies only as required for service operation and compliance;
• CNIC documents and KYC data are stored securely with access limited to the compliance team;
• Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data by contacting support, subject to legal retention obligations.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 k444's Right to Suspend

k444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected;
• KYC or AML requirements have not been fulfilled within the required timeframe;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour is identified;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority requires account restriction;
• The account is dormant — no login activity for 12 consecutive months.

13.2 Account Closure by User

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting k444 live chat support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the User's verified withdrawal method following final AML verification. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. k444 will attempt to contact the User via registered contact details before applying a dormancy fee of PKR 100 per month. Users may reactivate dormant accounts by logging in and completing identity re-verification.

14. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint relating to any k444 service, bet settlement, withdrawal, or account action, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat: Submit your dispute via k444's live chat support channel. Provide your account details, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. Most disputes are resolved at this stage within 24 hours;
2. Step 2 — Email Escalation: If the live chat resolution is unsatisfactory, escalate the dispute to the support email address displayed on the platform. The escalation team will provide a formal written response within 5 business days;
3. Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If the k444 dispute resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, Users may escalate to the relevant gaming authority under whose license k444 operates.

Disputes must be submitted within 90 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. k444 will not consider disputes submitted after this period. k444's decision at Step 2 is final and binding for disputes under PKR 50,000 in value.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k444 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes not resolved through the process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

The English language version of these Terms is the governing version. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version prevails.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Contact & Communications

All communications between Users and k444 regarding these Terms should be directed via the following channels:

• Support Email: [email protected] — responses within 24 hours for non-urgent matters;

k444 will communicate with Users via the contact details registered on the account (mobile number and email address). It is the User's responsibility to keep registered contact information current. k444 is not liable for failure to receive communications where registered contact details are incorrect or out of date.
